DIVIDEND
The company considers the return of profits to shareholders to be one of its most important management policies, and has a basic guideline of continuously returning profits to shareholders according to business performance while retaining sufficient internal reserves to provide for stable growth into the future and respond to changing business environments.
The target dividend payout ratio of 30% set by the Company’s medium term business plan is a rough indicator, and the ultimate decision will be based on a comprehensive perspective and made by the Board of Directors.
