 The company considers the return of profits to shareholders to be one of its most important management policies, and has a basic guideline of continuously returning profits to shareholders according to business performance while retaining sufficient internal reserves to provide for stable growth into the future and respond to changing business environments.Devidends of the Company’s surplus are determined by the Board of Directors.

* The Company plans to carry out a 5-for-1 stock split for its common shares, with an effective date of October 1, 2025. The dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 is prepared in terms of the amounts before considering the stock split.
