Our company had fully withdrawn from the coal production and sales business which lasted for 110 years since our establishment in 1913.
Meanwhile, in recent years, we have expanded our new business through the acquisition over 10 companies and promoted stabilization and diversification of our revenue base.
The businesses we have acquired to date are the wide range of industries, including beverage & food materials, shredders, thermal paper roll for cash registers, manufacturing facilities of crystal devices and industrial chains.
Starting from April 2024, we will continue to invest in new businesses through acquisitions as outlined in our new formulated ‘Management Strategy 2024’, aiming to further profit increase of our group.
With our corporate philosophy “Serving People and Society” in mind, we will continue to create added value in businesses needed by society and evolve, while flexibly responding to various changes in the external environment and social needs.
